We recently went to Tagaytay, with my granddaughter, three years old ,
who loves fun stuff, picture taking, so how could we resist!
It was a fabulous summer treat from Donna, my daughter just came from Abu Dhabi.
We all had fun. Juju posed for more than an hour with her sweetest smile. We all joined her innocence and it was really a pleasure. It is the little things that are special in our lives and will never forget the memories this little princess brought us.
When life gets frantic, and you feel as if it's all too much, sit down and look at pictures of your little one — you can't help but smile.
.
A special day brings joy and lasting memories.

BEST PICTURE AWARD 2007
Wednesday, November 28, 2007 at 10:00 PM Posted by Anonymous
Philippines Victory!!! for “Kasal, Kasali, Kasalo” movie for winning the Best Picture award and Judy Ann Santos as it’s lead actress, achievement as Best Actress during the 55th FAMAS Awards night. While the Best Actor trophy went to Cesar Montano for his movie “Ligalig” a suspense thriller movie.
The main stars of the wining movies were not there to personally received their trophy….which just shows negative and a rude attitude. They became "No.1" of "the ranking of actresses and actors I hate" now. In this case, people might criticized them even they offered the apologies before hand, such awardings should be honored and respected.

Tuesday, November 27, 2007 at 5:56 AM Posted by Anonymous
I rest my blog for a few days for some personal reasons.
I can't find any good topics to tell. Actually this week is hard every day. Three days weekend is just over and really I’ve been busy hmmm… these are petty unusual for me. I like the escada perfume and the doll, of course, the guerlain spf 20 compact foundation. Thanks for the stuff!!! I went to see a friend in Nikko Dusit Hotel, enjoyed the amenities of the hotel and enjoyed the Japanese food for dinner. Check this out, a new style of restaurant has opened, Italian Restaurant named, 'Tosca', (comes from the famous Italian opera by Giacomo Puccini that premiered in 1900.) the newest Italian restaurant serving flavorful menu and extensive wine selections for all Italian food lovers. OF COURSE! I have never been there, I will try if somebody treat me. For me, this fine restaurant is really one of a kind and sounds delicious to me. Since I am super “Italian culture fan", I want to try this one!

Thou Shall, Thou Shall Not….

The great preparation that beloved Moses endured to withstand and absorb the true meaning of each Commandment of God so he could teach and be fulfilled took many more days of time than men have translated it to be. Each commandment, when delivered, had a power in it, God-given, else it could never have remained such a solid state for all years. It would have been cast aside and then forgotten, as so many biblical stories have been.
In the 11th anniversary issue of FOOD, The Philippine Largest Selling Culinary Magazine, expert chefs, culinary instructors, shared their own commandments for virtuous of cooking, and without meaning to do God one better instead of 10, they imparted 11 commandments of “Thou Shall & Thou Shall Not”.
- Thou shall familiarize thyself with the Mailard reactions.
- Thou shall not kill natural flavors.
- Thou shall cook with good wine.
- Thou shall season and let the layers of flavors to develop.
- Thou shall simmer.
- Thou shall use only high-quality ingredients.
- Thou shall be joyful while cooking.
- Thou shall be organized in the kitchen.
- Thou shall always trust thy own taste.
- Thou shall salt lightly at the start of cooking.
- Thou shall be patient.
So, dear readers, remember the 11 Commandments, and from hereon, go forth and sin no more.
