Confidence is Key

Beauty means confidence, says Jojo, a Singer and a Signature Stylist, ‘it means having something on the inside and having it show on the outside”. “That’s more beautiful than any canvas you can decorate.” “ Having something of substance is way more beautiful.” “Physical beauty is just icing on the cake.”

Very well said.

In our country where fashion has been spinning out of control inspite of high and social economic cost many are still sensible, not to mention fashionable. They have always the looks of sophistication and sassy sense of style. From casual styles to dressier looks, latest accessories, colorful gemstones, bracelets, fashion totes, well, I think the all must have in this luxurious generation; they won’t really missed it especially fragrance of different brands. I don’t like to sound some kind of old fashioned or K.J (kill joy). Nothing last forever like self-esteem, a morale booster of your confidence though you many lack dazzling accessories, etc.

While one emphasized the expression and gives importance on outer beauty in its lustrous and attractive meaning, not much is actually a word about the meaning of inner beauty. A lot of us get hypnotized by what we see in fashion magazines influenced by what we read- most women feel terribly insecure and their self esteem takes a real beating if they find themselves ugly and overweight. True beauty comes within not for creams and cosmetics. Some never eats a full meal just nibbles a piece of all day trying to get rid of few pounds expecting for a miracle to happen. They’re battling, even exposing themselves to harm and dangering their lives, a frightening disposition and obsession to slim down and model like...

Let’s work on the image of yourself that you are trying to project. The feeling of hopelessness every time you opened the glossy can’t help you look good even you try real hard. To start off find a consistent exercise program that fits into your lifestyle and that you can do most days of the week. This will get you to the place where you are strong, fit and at -- or close to -- your ideal body weight. Center ourselves and dwell on how we can face the world with a presence and with enthusiasm as our trademarks, well, we can say that half the battle is won.
But How to accomplish this? Now. this does not mean that you have to go out and spend an exceptional amount of money to get the outside to match how you feel on the inside... discover the inner world of beauty tips to encourage positive thinking and thoughts throughout the day with these best powers thinking ideas and behaviors, beauty with style and confidence: -

1. Tell yourself that you are beautiful. Being you is beautiful.

2. You have a lot to celebrate your good points and learn to enhance them.

3. Project your positive qualities and simply nurture them.

4. Boot out of your system any bad qualities, (oh no! please don’t squirm!) Negative qualities (self-centered, meanness, betrayals, intolerance, arrogance) consciously and you will feel better sense of self-worth.

5. Acknowledge your achievements and accomplishments. You will find yourself standing tall and always with a smile on your face.

6. Learn to appreciate for who you are.

7. Give yourself a treat to make you feel good, spoil yourself once in a while to a lovely, relaxing massage, go for a long walk with your husband, and friends, visit a spa, go to the movies with friends.

8. Restore your self.

Remember that true beauty lies inside you. Learn to nurture that inner beauty. Learn from your experiences and where you come from. Have the pleasure of life, and not fear it. Cast off all the old baggage you've been carrying around for years - it is simply not worth it to allow these to haunt you.

As a finale, cheer up your day with Eleanor Roosevelt’s word “No one can make you feel inferior without your permission”.

Pass it on….
